Meet The Strategist

Brigid-Headshot-Dec-2017

Brigid Curtis Ayer, Founder & Principal Consultant

I advise leaders, executives, and mission-driven organizations on how to clarify their message, align communication with mission, and engage audiences with intention and integrity.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution — helping organizations communicate clearly in moments that matter.

Who I Work With

Over the years, I’ve worked with nonprofit organizations, ministries, media outlets, and businesses navigating growth, transition, or heightened public visibility. Many of my clients come to me when their message feels scattered, their communication systems are strained, or the stakes have increased.

Often, they know what they want to say — but not how to say it clearly, consistently, or sustainably.

How I Work

I don’t begin with tactics. I begin by listening.

Before recommending platforms, content, or campaigns, I assess what’s already happening — what’s working, what’s not, and where communication is breaking down. From there, I help leaders shape a clear message, build practical systems, and implement strategies their teams can actually sustain.

The goal is not more noise, but better alignment.

Experience & Perspective

My background includes strategic communications advising, media strategy, video production, and messaging development across nonprofit, faith-based, and business environments. I’ve helped organizations translate complex missions into clear communication — whether through digital media, public messaging, or internal alignment.

I understand the pressure leaders face when communication carries real consequences — for reputation, mission, morale, or trust.

Media, Platforms & Related Work

In addition to my advisory work through Pax PR, I’ve built and contributed to several media and content initiatives that inform how I approach strategy, messaging, and audience engagement.

These projects reflect hands-on experience building platforms, sustaining audiences, and communicating consistently over time.

Strategic Media & Production Work

Through years of video production and media strategy work, I’ve partnered with organizations to create content that clarifies mission, supports outreach, and strengthens public engagement. This experience informs my advisory work — grounding strategy in practical execution and real-world constraints.

Guiding Principles

I bring a principled, mission-centered approach to my work, grounded in respect for truth, clarity, and human dignity. For organizations whose work carries moral, cultural, or spiritual significance, thoughtful communication isn’t optional — it’s essential.

Let’s Talk

If you’re leading an organization where communication feels increasingly complex — or where the message matters too much to get wrong — I’d welcome a conversation.
